Ask pupils to distinguish between things they need and things they want. Then discuss: what is the difference between a want and a demand? When is it reasonable to insist on something?
Nobody knows what a Fing is. Pupils design their own version: what does it look like, what does it do, and why would anyone want one? The answer can be as strange as they like.
